Santa Clara University Library is seeking a dynamic, motivated,
user-focused, collaborative individual to serve in the newly created position
of Electronic Resources Librarian. The successful candidate will provide
leadership in the procurement, licensing, management, and support of ongoing
access to electronic information resources, such as ebooks, ejournals, and
databases. In addition to reviewing eresource subscriptions and licenses,
renewing database and ejournal package subscriptions, setting up trials,
providing reports and statistics, and working with publishers/vendors and major
consortia, the Electronic Resources Librarian will work closely and
collaboratively with library subject specialists and the library’s Assessment
Officer on the ongoing acquisition, purchase, renewal, and assessment of
electronic resources.
Salary range: $69,586 - $81,220.
