Access and Delivery Manager


Grand Valley State University Libraries, a recipient of the 2012 Association of College and Research Libraries' Excellence in Academic Libraries Award, seeks energetic, innovative and self-motivated professional for the position of Access and Delivery Manager. The individual in this new position will provide leadership and guidance to course reserves, inter library loan, stacks management, and mail processing teams. The individual in this position works collaboratively with other managers in the Technology and Information Services division, and across the library, to facilitate communication and teamwork to provide excellent public services. The regular work schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, noon to 9:00 pm.

Required qualifications include a bachelor degree; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; effective personnel management skills; experience leading in a team environment; demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service. Applicants with experience with interlibrary loan and/or course reserve services and evidence of effective project management skills are preferred.
