Full-time Teaching Faculty Positions

The iSchool at Drexel University invites applications for full-time non-tenure track teaching in the areas of Information Security/Cyber Security/Forensics, Digital Preservation/Curation, and Server & Networking Technology. We seek candidates who are excellent, enthusiastic and experienced teachers to teach in the iSchool’s undergraduate degree programs—BS in Information Systems, BS in Information Technology, and BS in Software Engineering as well as in our master’s degree programs – MS in Library and Information Science, MS in Health Informatics, MS in Information Systems, and MS in Software Engineering.
Qualifications for successful candidates for these full-time teaching positions include:
• A completed doctorate in a related field or a master’s degree with substantial relevant professional experience
• Teaching experience
• Evidence of excellence in teaching
• Interest in a highly collaborative faculty environment
• Preferred: curriculum development experience

At all levels, the iSchool seeks to provide a first-rate education in the development and operation of information systems and services, taking into account the human context in which these systems operate. Excellence in teaching is an expectation.
