Science and Engineering Librarian (#291)

University of Southern California (USC) Libraries seek a Science and Engineering Librarian (#291) who will develop information resources in the sciences and engineering, with an emphasis on chemistry, chemical engineering and materials science. The librarian will provide expert reference, instruction, outreach services; develop and manage collections; address the learning, teaching, research needs; and keep up-to-date with professional activities and trends impacting librarianship. Requirements: MLS from an ALA-accredited program or non-U.S. equivalent is typically required; B.S. in the sciences or engineering or significant experience working with the specialized information resources required for science and engineering related research.
