Library Director- Duties include supervising staff members and volunteers, coordinate the smooth operation of the library, oversee the adult collection, conduct training, respond to questions, complaints and problems related to library operations; provides information and research problems; attends a variety of meetings and serves on committees as needed; and perform other related duties as assigned. Requires good oral and written communication skills, ability to work with people of all ages, ability to work nights and weekends, Master’s degree in Library Science from an accredited library school, experience with Polaris or similar system, (5)five years progressively responsible experience in library operations, budgeting, and customer service, and a valid driver’s license. Salary Range: $54,438 - $84,924/ year, plus benefits.
