With a Central Library and four branches (one to be demolished and replaced with a $7 million new Library), the Director will oversee a highly-skilled staff of 37, numerous volunteers, and a 2007/08 budget of almost $6 million. The Director will be a visionary, creative, and energetic leader who will focus on future community needs. Requires 8+ years’ increasingly responsible library administration experience and a Master’s degree in library science or a related field. Salary range is $130,811 to $145,600 DOQ.
