The Manager, Diversity and Inclusion will serve as the primary architect for and champion of inclusion initiatives. This person will manage the implementation of strategies designed to build a globally inclusive environment that enables the creation of a global workforce, reflective of the members and libraries OCLC serves and the communities where we operate. This highly visible role will partner with regional leadership, cross-functional teams, human resources and external organizations to develop and implement tactics to advance global inclusion.
The manager sustains the business case for inclusion, and will create, recommend, direct, implement and measure associated initiatives throughout the organization. The manager also works to create a broad understanding of inclusion issues, and develop inclusion and cultural competencies.
This position will have two foci: building and developing external relationships that will strengthen the pipeline of diverse talent to OCLC and drive the creation of an internal culture which welcomes diversity and leverages it to improve organizational effectiveness.
