Typical Duties and Responsibilities may include:
- Monitor and respond to support tickets
- Perform troubleshooting and systems maintenance tasks
- Design and create management reports
- Assist with database maintenance projects
- Collaborate with other team members on projects that require system configuration, testing and implementation
- Understanding of the application of computers in an academic setting
- Demonstrated aptitude for technical and systems analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of library technical services (acquisitions, cataloging, serials, etc.)
