Reporting to the Vice Provost and Director of Libraries, the AVP will play a key role in realizing an ambitious strategic vision to transform the Emory University Libraries into one of the nation’s preeminent academic libraries.

Located on a beautiful campus in Atlanta, Georgia, Emory University is recognized internationally for its outstanding liberal arts college, superb professional schools, and one of the leading health care systems in the Southeast. With an annual budget of more than $3 billion, including a research budget of $345.7 million, Emory encompasses a graduate school of arts and sciences; professional schools of medicine, theology, law, nursing, public health, and business; and Oxford College, a two-year undergraduate division on the original campus of Emory in Oxford, Georgia. US News & World Report regularly ranks Emory as one of America’s top 20 universities.
